What Is NET?

Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) is a natural mind-body approach designed to help release stress patterns stored in the nervous system. Developed by Dr. Walker and Dr. Deb Walker, NET integrates concepts from chiropractic, physiology, acupuncture meridians, and mind-body research into a practical clinical method.

 

This gentle technique supports the body in resolving stress-related patterns that may contribute to emotional or physical symptoms.

How NET Works

NET uses gentle muscle response testing to locate a stress-related physiological reaction.
Once the pattern is identified, a corrective technique helps the nervous system release the stored emotional response and return to balance.

NET is not talk therapy and does not diagnose psychological conditions.
It simply works through the body’s own neurological pathways to support emotional and physical regulation.

Is NET Right for You?

NET may be a good fit if you:

  • feel stress is affecting your health

  • have recurring emotional responses you can’t explain

  • hold tension that doesn’t resolve

  • want a gentle, body-based approach to emotional wellbeing

NET does not diagnose or treat psychological disorders and is not a replacement for mental health therapy. It is a mind-body stress-reduction technique used to support overall wellbeing.
